The media spokesman for the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has welcomed the release of Dr. Arif Dalila (67 years). Dr Arif Dalila, who has been detained since 9/9/2001, was released on 7/8/2008. The spokesman called also for the release of all prisoners of conscience and all political detainees in the Syrian prisons and for a complete end to all arbitrary and repressive arrests.
